        Setting Up An FRS Remote Help Desk Session

        As part of our commitment to providing the best product support in the industry, we have implemented a Remote Help Desk Support system. This system enables an FRS Technician to view the screen of your FRS ComLink device or your computer running ComLink communication software. The Tech can even take control of your mouse pointer and "Show You" how to make a change or simply better understand what you are experiencing. In order to utilize the Remote Help Desk system you must be able to connect your FRS ComLink or Computer to the internet. If you have access to a wireless WiFi internet connection you can utilize the built-in wireless capabilities of your ComLink to accomplish this.         Follow these easy steps to initiate a Remote Help Desk Support session:



        1. Connect your FRS ComLink or computer to the internet


        2. Call FRS Tech Support at 1-888-884-2190 Ext. 4 and one of our Support Tech's will assist you.


        3. When instructed to do so, click the following link to establish the connection:
