At FRS we understand funding is often a barrier to an individual receiving needed equipment. To address this, we have developed Funding Packets which provide valuable information on putting together a funding request.
We have developed two funding packets which address the majority of funding sources normally pursued for our equipment and services. The available packets include the Ohio Medicaid and Private Insurance Funding Packet and the Region B Medicare Funding Packet. They are available on this website in a downloadable PDF format which you can easily print for your use. To access them, simply click on the appropriate hyper link below.
